With an extraordinary knowledge of the wild ingredients growing all around us, Marc has taught our team how to identify, harvest and celebrate the flavours that nature provides throughout the seasons.
Together, we’ve created a special menu inspired by the hedgerows, woodlands and meadows of Britain, showcasing the very best of wild ingredients at their seasonal peak. Each course will be paired with a carefully chosen selection of wines and drinks, making for an evening that celebrates the incredible diversity of our natural larder and the people who help us discover it.
